Barback

The Barback's role is to ensure that bartenders have everything they need during service for the success and smooth running of a busy, high-energy bar.  A basic knowledge of wine and liquor is essential to this position. Ideal candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic and must be able bodied; ability to comfortably lift 20 or more pounds, as the role can be physically demanding.
